The Smith Group current area of research is focused on electrochemical engineering, with an emphasis on upscaling CO2 electrolysis. Our group works on every aspect of this technology, ranging from fundamental science at the atomic and molecular scale, all the way up to life cycle assessment (LCA) and technoeconomic analysis (TEA).
