research overview

  • My research investigates the molecular mechanisms of membrane trafficking to lysosomes, which have a major role in protein degradation. These trafficking pathways include the AP-3 pathway from the Golgi to the lysosome and the ESCRT pathway, which buds transport vesicle into the endosome lumen for subsequent delivery to the lysosome lumen.
