One of my research projects focuses on theorizing the relationship between discretionary employee benefits and employee performance with a theoretical model based on organizational support and equity theories to explain the relationship. A second research paper examines the effect of gender inequities and what to do about reducing them related to teaching management in U. S. business schools. A third research project theorizes about the treatment in the workplace of essential gig workers with a moral self-awareness ethical perspective. A fourth research project examines ways that the governance of scholarly journals in management could be improved by making the process for evaluating and revising academic articles more transparent.
