  • We demonstrate thin-film lithium niobate waveguides that employ geometric dispersion engineering, chirped poling, and both χ(2) and χ(3) nonlinearities to achieve supercontinuum generation across the mid-infrared, reaching approximately 4 µm and spanning over three optical octaves.
