abstract

  • We self-injection lock two diode lasers to a 4 mm long, micro-fabricated Fabry-Perot cavity. Heterodyning the lasers generates a 111.45 GHz signal with phase noise of -148 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz frequency offset.
