I am interested in exploring STEAM education outreach approaches that elucidate effective intersectional education strategies, and increase access to STEAM education and interest in STEAM careers. This venture happens through development of media that will be shared and tested among students in the Boulder area and beyond. I am also interested in characterizing exploratory learning behaviors in humans. This research approach involves the development of intuitive learning tools that collect kinematic data about novel encounters.
