Margot E. Kaminski teaches, researches, and writes on law and technology. Her recent work has focused on AI, data privacy, freedom of speech, and online civil liberties. She received a 2018 Fulbright-Schuman Innovation Grant to study comparative data privacy in the EU, and a 2024 Fulbright-Schuman grant to research comparative AI Law. In Spring 2024 she was a Fernand Braudel Senior Fellow at the European University Institute.
