- Introduces students to cutting edge research on how changes in information communication technologies (ICTs) have shaped politics in authoritarian regimes. Drawing on longstanding theories in the comparative politics literature, students will learn how governments, citizens, and non state actors use digital technologies to achieve their goals. Recommended prerequisite: PSCI 2012.
