Examines interdisciplinary concepts and theories enabling students to better understand conflict dynamics and the sources of conflict at the interpersonal level. Teaches students practical skills in conflict management in areas of negotiation, facilitation, mediation, and collaborative problem solving relevant to personal and career settings.
