Through topics like the psychology of work behavior, interpersonal relations, emotional intelligence, leadership styles, business ethics, and cross-cultural aspects of the work experience, students will explore how to lead with a sense of purpose and integrity. Professional skills covered include negotiation, active listening, critical decision making, presentations, delegation, time management, and goal setting.
