My academic book is in progress. It covers how to evaluate horror films from a sociological perspective as well as how to use horror films to teach fundamental sociological concepts. This text is an extension of a podcast with the same objective I co-host with Laura Patterson, PhD. I am currently working with Glenda Walden, PhD on a research project. We are collecting data on student experiences of an experiential learning assignment for a range of introductory sociology classes. This is in progress as well.
